Amix Magtein® Magnesium L-Threonate is a food supplement in capsule form whose active ingredient is magnesium L-threonate sold under the Magtein® trademark. Magnesium L-threonate is the magnesium salt of L-threonic acid and differs from more common forms such as magnesium oxide, citrate or bisglycinate. The recommended daily dose is three capsules, which together contain 2000 mg of magnesium L-threonate providing 144 mg of magnesium. This is 38% of the nutrient reference value for magnesium. Magnesium
