Now Foods Magnesium Glycinate with BioPerine is a food supplement in vegetarian capsules that contains magnesium in the form of magnesium bisglycinate and the black pepper fruit extract BioPerine®. Magnesium bisglycinate is a compound in which magnesium is bound to the amino acid glycine, and its raw material is made by Albion. Two capsules provide 200 mg of magnesium, which is 53% of the nutrient reference value, and 2.5 mg of black pepper extract containing at least 96% piperine. The recommended use is two capsules once or twice a day with food. The bottle contains 60 capsules, or 30 servings of two capsules.

How to use?
