⚠️ NOTE! This product has low solubility due to the natural properties of L-tryptophan. It is recommended to mix the powder with water or juice, stirring gently.

Suggested Use

Dissolve 1 serving (9 g = 1 scoop) in 150–200 ml of water. Consume once daily, about 30 minutes before bedtime. A beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to sleep. Intended for adults only.
