Rule1 Source 7 Protein – protein powder from seven protein sources

Rule1 (Rule One Proteins) Source 7 Protein is a drink powder whose protein blend consists of seven protein sources: whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, native whey protein isolate, hydrolysed whey protein, micellar casein, milk protein isolate and pea protein. One scoop of powder (39–41 g depending on the flavour) provides 22 g of protein and 160–170 kcal. According to the manufacturer, a serving contains more than 10 g of essential amino acids that occur naturally in the protein. The formula also includes a creamer made from sunflower oil, maltodextrin and sodium caseinate, and the powder is sweetened with sweeteners.
