OstroVit Multivitamin Dailyset is a food supplement containing 20 vitamins and minerals. The daily serving is 2 tablets, which provides 18 nutrients at 100% of the nutrient reference value (NRV). A serving also contains 264 mg of calcium (33% NRV), 185 mg of magnesium (49% NRV) and 1.8 mg of manganese (90% NRV). The pack holds 90 tablets – 45 daily servings, enough for a month and a half.

The product was previously sold as OstroVit 100% Vit&Min. In the renamed Dailyset version with new packaging, several vitamins have been replaced with active, methylated forms: folate comes as calcium L-methylfolate (L-5-MTHF), vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate. Niacin is provided as inositol hexanicotinate, also known as “no flush” niacin. The minerals are mostly organic compounds: magnesium citrate, ferrous diglycinate, zinc picolinate, manganese and copper diglycinate and L-selenomethionine.

Who is it for?

Multivitamin Dailyset is intended for adults who want to supplement their daily diet with vitamins and minerals – for example when meals are not always varied, days are busy or the training load is high. Two tablets a day cover the reference value of most vitamins and minerals in one go, so there is no need to combine several separate containers. According to the manufacturer, the product is suitable for vegetarians. If you take other supplements containing vitamins or minerals at the same time, add up the total amounts of the same nutrients.

The product is made by the Polish supplement manufacturer OstroVit Sp. z o.o. (Zambrów). The manufacturer has its products tested regularly by an independent accredited laboratory; the heavy metal content of Multivitamin Dailyset was tested in August 2026.
