OstroVit VIT&MIN SPORT (Multivitamin Sport on the pack) is a food supplement in capsules that combines a vitamin complex and a mineral complex. The pack contains two types of capsules: vitamin capsules with vitamins, N-acetyl L-cysteine, alpha-lipoic acid and standardised plant extracts, and mineral capsules with minerals. One serving is one vitamin capsule and one mineral capsule. The pack holds 60 capsules in total, or 30 servings, which lasts about a month with the recommended use. What is inside the capsules?

Per serving, the vitamin capsule provides 320 mg of vitamin C, 24 mg of vitamin E, 50 µg (2000 IU) of vitamin D, 800 µg of vitamin A and B vitamins: 22 mg of thiamine, 22 mg of riboflavin, 16 mg of niacin, 18 mg of pantothenic acid, 6 mg of vitamin B6, 400 µg of folate, 100 µg of biotin and 25 µg of vitamin B12. Several vitamins are in active or methylated forms: vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, folate as calcium L-methylfolate (L-5-MTHF) and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. Niacin is added as inositol hexanicotinate. The capsule also contains 75 mg of N-acetyl L-cysteine (NAC), 10 mg of alpha-lipoic acid and four standardised plant extracts: 60 mg of nettle leaf extract, 60 mg of green tea leaf extract (50% polyphenols and 15% EGCG), 50 mg of ashwagandha root extract (7.2% withanolides, 1% alkaloids and 0.25% withaferin A) and 1 mg of black pepper fruit extract (95% piperine).

The mineral capsule contains 170 mg of magnesium, 120 mg of calcium, 15 mg of zinc, 3 mg of manganese, 3 mg of iron, 0.5 mg of copper, 75 µg of selenium, 150 µg of chromium and 150 µg of iodine from Laminaria japonica seaweed extract. Magnesium and calcium are present as carbonates, zinc and chromium as picolinates, manganese, iron and copper as bisglycinates, and selenium as L-selenomethionine. The capsule also contains potassium citrate. Splitting vitamins and minerals into two separate capsules makes it possible to fit more ingredients into one serving.

How to use?

Take 1 serving a day: 1 vitamin capsule and 1 mineral capsule after the main meal. Taking it after a meal also matters because a product containing green tea extract must not be consumed on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use other products containing green tea on the same day. If you also use other food supplements containing vitamins or minerals, take their amounts into account. The 60 capsules in the pack last for 30 days. Keep this packaging tightly closed in a dry place at a temperature of 15–25 °C. Keep out of direct sunlight.
