OstroVit Omega 3 – fish oil capsules, 180 daily doses

OstroVit Omega 3 is a food supplement in the form of fish oil capsules. Each softgel contains 1000 mg of fish oil, of which 180 mg is eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 120 mg is docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) – a total of 300 mg of these two omega-3 fatty acids in one capsule. The fish oil is obtained from Peruvian anchovies. The recommended daily dose is one capsule, so a pack of 180 capsules lasts about six months. EPA and DHA

EPA and DHA are long-chain omega-3 fatty acids found mainly in oily fish such as salmon, herring, mackerel, sardines and anchovies.
