How to use
Mix 2 x 1 serving of powder (2 x 10 g = 2 x 3/4 scoops) with 2 x 125 ml of water in a shaker bottle. Take 1 serving 15 minutes before and 1 serving during your workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage!
