Universal Animal Pump is a pre-workout pack in tablet and capsule form focused on muscle fullness — the “pump” — performance and energy. The can holds 30 packets, each with 9 pills (3 tablets + 6 capsules): one precisely dosed daily serving taken 30–45 minutes before training. Four complexes in every packet

• AP Complex 1 (3 tablets) — 1986 mg of L-Glutamine, vitamin C (75% NRV) and selenium (182% NRV), plus antioxidant-rich botanicals: grape seed extract (255 mg, 95% proanthocyanidins), L-cysteine, green tea extract, coffee bean extract and pine bark extract. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
• AP Complex 2 (4 capsules) — 3000 mg of creatine monohydrate, a full daily dose. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise (the effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g, which this complex delivers exactly).
• AP Complex 3 (1 red capsule) — the stimulant complex: 193 mg of anhydrous caffeine plus kola nut and guarana powder, about 200 mg of caffeine per packet in total.
• AP Complex 4 (1 capsule) — 700 mg of L-taurine, 269 mg of ginger, Cinnulin PF® cinnamon extract, fenugreek extract and BioPerine® black pepper extract standardised to 95% piperine.

The red capsule — stimulants under your control

All stimulants sit in a single red capsule. If you train in the evening, are sensitive to caffeine or want a stim-free day, simply remove the red capsule — the rest of the pack works without it. Since every packet also contains a full daily dose of creatine, the manufacturer recommends taking Animal Pump every day, including rest days.

Who is Animal Pump for?

Animal Pump suits experienced trainees aged 18+ who want creatine, stimulants and antioxidants in one packet without mixing powders. On training days take a packet 30–45 minutes before lifting, preferably on an empty stomach; on rest days around the same time. As the product contains caffeine, it is not suitable for persons under 18 or pregnant or nursing women, and it should not be combined with other sources of caffeine.
