What is vitamin C, or L-ascorbic acid?

How to use?

Take one serving, i.e. 1 tablet a day, with a glass of water. One tablet is also the recommended daily dose, which must not be exceeded. If you also take other food supplements containing vitamin C, such as multivitamins, take their amounts into account as well. Do not use the product if you have a predisposition to kidney stones or suffer from kidney stones. One package lasts for 110 days with the recommended use.
