This amino-acid is involved in various metabolic processes. It improves blood circulation, strengthens immune defence, and has a positive effect on male libido. Arginine encourages also fat-burning by increasing metabolism and decreasing growth of white fatty tissue (bad fat concentrated mostly on the abdominal area).
