What is marine collagen?

OstroVit Marine Collagen contains type I marine collagen in the form of hydrolysed fish collagen peptides. Hydrolysis breaks the long collagen molecules down into smaller peptide fragments. As the collagen is derived from fish, the product contains fish. The powder form is a convenient choice for those who do not like swallowing tablets or capsules, and the two flavours let you choose the one you like.

How to use?

Dissolve one serving of the powder in 100–150 ml of water. A serving of the pear-flavoured powder is 2600 mg, i.e. 5 scoops, and a serving of the blackcurrant-flavoured powder is 2700 mg, i.e. 5 full scoops. Use the 1 ml measuring scoop included in the package. Drink one serving a day – this is also the recommended daily dose, which must not be exceeded. Prepare the drink just before drinking. A pear-flavoured package lasts for 76 days and a blackcurrant-flavoured package for 74 days.
