Mutant Creatine Bytz – creatine monohydrate without mixing

This food supplement from the Canadian sports nutrition brand Mutant contains creatine monohydrate and vitamin B12 in chewable tablets. The recommended daily dose is 4 chewable tablets, which together provide 5 g of creatine monohydrate and 4.80 µg of vitamin B12 (192% of the nutrient reference value). The container holds 80 chewable tablets, i.e. 20 daily doses. The tablets are meant to be chewed, so there is no powder to dissolve or mix in a shaker. Two flavours are available: Berried Alive (berry) and Tangy Blue Razz (blue raspberry). The tablets are sweetened with sorbitol and sucralose.

Creatine and vitamin B12

How to use?

Flavours, composition and storage

Both flavours also contain maltodextrin, the acidity regulator citric acid, natural and artificial flavourings, anti-caking agents and a bulking agent. As the tablets contain sorbitol, excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Keep the container in a cool, dry and dark place, but not in the refrigerator.
