Three forms of creatine in one blend

• creatine monohydrate – a creatine molecule bound to one water molecule; the most common form in food supplements;
• creatine-magnesium chelate – a compound in which creatine is bound to magnesium;
• tri-creatine citrate – a compound in which three creatine molecules are bound to one citric acid molecule.

The manufacturer does not disclose the ratio of the three forms in the blend. The label states the amount of the blend as a whole: 4 g per daily portion. Because part of the mass of each form is bound water, magnesium or citric acid, the amount of pure creatine per serving is less than 4 g. The amount of magnesium is not stated separately on the label either.

How to use?

Mix one scoop (4 g) with 250–500 ml of cold water and drink it 15–45 minutes before training. The manufacturer states that the product is intended for healthy adults only. The recommended daily portion is one serving, i.e. 4 g. The product may be used for up to 8 weeks in a row, followed by a 4-week break. If you use other products containing creatine at the same time, take their amounts into account as well. The powder is packed by weight, not by volume, so it may settle in the tub – the quantity of the product does not change.
