DY Nutrition The Creatine is a food supplement in powder form: one heaped scoop (10 g) provides 6826 mg of creatine monohydrate, of which 6000 mg is creatine. Each serving also contains 1000 mg of beta-alanine, 500 mg of taurine and a complex of eight B vitamins, each provided at 100% of its nutrient reference value. The product is sold under the Dorian Yates brand. A 400 g container gives 40 daily doses. The powder is mixed with cold water and drunk before training, so creatine and the other ingredients come together in one flavoured drink and there is no need to combine separate powders.

Creatine and B vitamins

Creatine is a compound that occurs naturally in the body and is also obtained from food, mainly from meat and fish. B vitamins are water-soluble vitamins that need to be obtained regularly from the diet. How to use?

Mix one heaped scoop (10 g) of powder with 250 ml of cold water, shake well in a shaker or stir thoroughly and drink about 30 minutes before you start training. The daily dose is one scoop – do not exceed the recommended amount. If you also use other products containing creatine, beta-alanine or B vitamins, take their amounts into account. After opening, keep the container tightly closed and use the product within six months.
