AllDayYouMay Caffeinated – caffeinated amino acid drink with vitamins C, B6 and B12

AllDayYouMay Caffeinated is a flavoured drink powder from the 5% Nutrition Legendary Series that carries the name of the brand's founder, Rich Piana. It is the caffeinated version of the AllDayYouMay drink powder: one scoop (15.2 g) contains 125 mg of caffeine from green coffee beans (Purcaf®) and green tea leaves. The powder also contains the branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine, plus L-glutamine, L-carnitine L-tartrate, an essential amino acid blend, beta-alanine, L-taurine and vitamins C, B6 and B12. Sportlab offers the product in two flavours; the composition and nutritional values in this description are those of the Fruit Punch flavour according to its EU label. What does one serving contain?

One scoop of powder (15.2 g) is stated as the recommended daily dose in the label's nutrition information. It provides 6000 mg of the BCAA blend, 2750 mg of an L-carnitine L-tartrate and L-glutamine blend, 960 mg of a supplementary blend of coconut water concentrate, bromelain, L-taurine, HICA and blueberry powder, 800 mg of a blend of beta-alanine, sodium bicarbonate and dicalcium phosphate, 650 mg of a milk thistle seed, MSM and glucosamine blend, 155 mg of a blend of six essential amino acids and 125 mg of caffeine. Vitamins C, B6 and B12

Each serving contains 200 mg of vitamin C (250% of the nutrient reference value), 2 mg of vitamin B6 (143%) and 125 µg of vitamin B12 (5000%).

Remember that caffeine is also found in coffee, tea and other caffeinated drinks and products. As a caffeinated product, AllDayYouMay Caffeinated is not recommended for children or pregnant women. If you are sensitive to caffeine, take the caffeine content of the drink into account.

How to use?

Mix one scoop of powder with 355–475 ml of water and drink it between meals, right before a workout, during a workout or after it. According to the label's nutrition information the recommended daily dose is one scoop; the directions also state that no more than three servings may be consumed per day. After use, close the container tightly and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
