What are turmeric, ginger and black pepper?

Turmeric (Curcuma longa) is a perennial plant of the ginger family that grows in South and South-East Asia. The underground stem, or rhizome, is used as food, and the yellow powder ground from it is a common ingredient of curry mixes. The characteristic yellow compounds of turmeric are curcuminoids – the extract used in this product is standardised to their content, so that each tablet contains a consistent amount. Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is a close relative of turmeric whose spicy, slightly sharp taste comes mainly from gingerols. Black pepper (Piper nigrum) is a climbing plant native to India whose fruits are one of the most widely used spices in the world. The pungent taste of pepper comes from piperine, to which the black pepper extract in this product is standardised.

How to use?

Take 1 serving, i.e. 1 tablet, a day and swallow it with water. One tablet is also the recommended daily dose, which must not be exceeded. You can take the tablet at any time of day that suits you – what matters is regularity. The product is intended for adults. With the recommended use, one package lasts for 90 days. If you also use other food supplements containing turmeric, ginger or black pepper, take their amounts into account.
