What is ashwagandha?

Capsule composition

The main part of the capsule content consists of the bulking agent calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid and the ashwagandha extract preparation, which accounts for 28%. The preparation consists of ashwagandha root extract and maltodextrin, which serves as the carrier for the extract. Magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide are used as anti-caking agents to keep the powder from caking. The capsule shell is made of gelatine.
