What is KSM-66 ashwagandha?

Ashwagandha is a plant of the nightshade family, also known as Indian ginseng. KSM-66 is a brand of ashwagandha root extract: unlike some other extracts that also use the leaves of the plant, KSM-66 is produced from the roots only. Black pepper fruit extract is included in a small amount and is standardised for its piperine content.

How to use?

Take one serving, i.e. 1 capsule, a day with a meal and drink plenty of water with it. The product is intended for adults. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
