How to use?

Take three capsules a day in two portions: one capsule during the day, preferably in mid-afternoon, and two capsules about one hour before sleep. Swallow the capsules whole with a sufficient amount of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you also use other food supplements containing magnesium, such as multivitamins or mineral blends, add up the amounts of magnesium. Like other magnesium products, Magtein® may induce sleepiness, drowsiness or headaches at first. If these persist for more than one week, reduce the dosage, consult a doctor or discontinue use. After opening, keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place and out of reach of children.
