Ingredients: magnesium salts of citric acid, bulking agent (cellulose), maltodextrin, humectant (sorbit), anti-caking agents (talc, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Instructions for use: Take one portion (1 tablet) with your first meal of the day, and another portion with your lunch. Alternatively if you have evening cramps you can take the whole daily portion (2 tablets) with your last meal and plenty of liquid.
