What are magnesium malate and vitamin B6?

Magnesium is a mineral present in the body in significant amounts, which is why it is classified as a macronutrient. A large part of magnesium is stored in the bones, and only about 1% is found in the blood. Magnesium occurs in both animal and plant foods, such as whole-grain products, dried legumes, nuts and green leafy vegetables. Magnesium malate is a compound formed when magnesium combines with malic acid. Vitamin B6, or pyridoxine, is a water-soluble B vitamin that the body cannot produce itself and must therefore obtain from food; it is found mainly in whole-grain products, offal and dried legumes. The pyridoxal 5'-phosphate used in this product is the chemically active form of vitamin B6. Inulin is a plant-derived polysaccharide used in food as a source of dietary fibre.

How to use?

Dissolve 1 serving (2 g, i.e. 2 scoops) in 100–150 ml of water and drink one serving a day. Use the measuring scoop included in the package (1 ml). One serving is also the recommended daily dose, which must not be exceeded. As the powder is unflavoured, it can simply be dissolved in water. A 120 g package lasts for 60 days.
