OstroVit MgZB Ultra – magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6 in tablets

OstroVit MgZB Ultra is a food supplement in tablet form that combines three nutrients: magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6. The recommended daily dose is three tablets, which together provide 375 mg of magnesium (100% of the nutrient reference value), 15 mg of zinc (150%) and 2 mg of vitamin B6 (143%). Magnesium is provided as magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium citrate), zinc as zinc picolinate and vitamin B6 as pyridoxine hydrochloride. The pack contains 120 tablets, or 40 daily doses, which last almost six weeks at the recommended use. With all three nutrients in one product, there is no need to combine them from separate containers – one pack and one evening routine are enough. Magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6

Magnesium is a mineral that we get from food mainly from nuts, seeds, wholegrain products, legumes and green leafy vegetables. Zinc is a trace element found, for example, in seafood, cheese, legumes and pumpkin seeds. Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin whose sources include fish, chicken, potatoes, bananas and wholegrain products. The daily dose of three tablets covers at least 100% of the nutrient reference value for all three nutrients.

How to use?

Take one serving, i.e. three tablets, a day before bedtime and swallow the tablets with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you use a multivitamin or other food supplements containing magnesium, zinc or vitamin B6 at the same time, take their amounts into account too. Taking the tablets at the same time every day, for example as part of your evening routine, helps you remember them. Close the container tightly after use to keep the tablets dry.
