How to use?

Dissolve one serving, i.e. 1 g of powder (one level scoop), in 100 ml of water or juice and drink it about 30 minutes before a meal. A 1 ml measuring scoop is included in the pack, making it easy to measure the dose accurately. As glycine dissolves well in water, stirring with a spoon or a short shake in a shaker is enough. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Close the pack tightly after each use so that the powder stays dry.
