    Usage Instructions

    Recommended dosage: The basic daily dose is 1 shot (60 ml). Take it approximately 30-45 minutes before physical performance. Wash down with plenty of water!
    IMPORTANT: Contains 250 mg caffeine per serving. Not recommended for children or pregnant women!

    Key Ingredients and Their Effects

    GlyceroMax® - Increases the concentration of fluid in the blood and tissue within the body (hyperhydration), which is very beneficial for bodybuilders and endurance athletes.
    Taurine - A free-form amino acid that participates in a variety of metabolic processes. Found in high concentrations in heart muscle, white blood cells, and central nervous system.
    Vitamin B6 and C - Contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
    Vitamin C - Helps maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise.

    Purified water, CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, GlyceroMax® (glycerol 65%, anticaking agent: silicon dioxide), taurine, L-arginine HCl, acidifying agent: phosphoric acid; N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, caffeine anhydrous, ascorbic acid (vit.C), preserving agents: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate; aroma, sweetener: sucralose; dye: (cola flavour and energy flavour - caramel; mango flavour - beta carotene); pyridoxine HCl (vit. B6).
