Sugar-free sauce with sweeteners

BioTechUSA Zero Sauce is a sauce in a 350 ml bottle that is sugar-free and fat-free and contains sweeteners. All flavours are gluten free according to EU regulation and lactose free: 100 ml of the finished product contains less than 0.1 g of lactose. The sauce is based on water and vinegar, its texture comes from the thickeners cellulose gum, xanthan gum and guar gum, and in most flavours also from citrus fibre from lemon and lime peel. The sweetness comes from sucralose, and in the spicy garlic and sweet chili flavours also from saccharins.

Zero Sauce is made for those who love sauces but keep an eye on their sugar and fat intake. The BBQ, ketchup and Thousand Island dressing flavours contain only 11–13 kcal per 100 ml, so they are low in calories. Spicy garlic (31 kcal per 100 ml) and sweet chili (23 kcal per 100 ml) contain slightly more calories but are likewise sugar-free and fat-free.
