Vitamin K is a group of fat-soluble compounds essential for the proper distribution and utilization of calcium in the body. It plays a critical role in the synthesis of several blood coagulation factors and contributes to the development of strong, healthy bones. This supplement provides a complete blend of all the major forms of Vitamin K: Vitamin K1 (phylloquinone), Vitamin K2 as MK-4, and K2 as MK-7 (MenaQ7®), ensuring broad-spectrum and effective support. It also includes alfalfa powder for additional plant-based benefits.

Suggested Use

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Other Ingredients

Hypromellose (vegetarian cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, non-GMO maltodextrin, mannitol, silicon dioxide, and medium-chain triglycerides.

Warnings

For adults only. Do not use if pregnant, nursing, allergic, or contraindicated to aspirin.
