Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Casein is a ready-to-mix protein powder whose main ingredient is micellar casein – according to the label it makes up 88% of the powder. Casein is the main protein in milk, and a casein shake is intended above all for the evening or for longer breaks between meals. The powder is sweetened with sweeteners and, according to the manufacturer, the product is suitable for vegetarians. The ingredients also include magnesium oxide and zinc oxide. The Cookies & Cream flavour also contains chocolate powder with sugar.
