Evolite Creatine Monohydrate is a food supplement in powder form based on creatine monohydrate. It is made by the Polish brand Evolite Nutrition, and the 500 g pack contains 100 servings of 5 g. A 5 g serving of the unflavoured version provides 4.55 g of creatine monohydrate, of which 4 g is creatine, plus 450 mg of taurine. According to the manufacturer, a serving of the green apple and orange versions contains 4.25 g of creatine monohydrate (3.74 g of creatine) and likewise 450 mg of taurine; the rest of the serving consists of flavouring and other additives. The manufacturer states that the creatine monohydrate is micronised, i.e. finely ground, and mixes well with water. One serving a day is enough for all versions, so at the recommended use one tub lasts about three months.

Creatine

Creatine is a naturally occurring compound that the body produces from amino acids and that is also obtained from food, mainly fish and meat. Creatine monohydrate is a form of creatine in which one water molecule is bound to each creatine molecule; creatine makes up 88% of it. One 5 g serving of Evolite Creatine Monohydrate provides 4 g (unflavoured) or 3.74 g (flavoured versions) of creatine.

How to use?

Mix one serving (5 g, i.e. 2 measuring scoops) in about 200 ml of water and drink it straight away. Take one serving a day; the manufacturer recommends taking it after training. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you use other products containing creatine at the same time, such as pre-workout blends, take their creatine content into account as well.
