Raw Nutrition Pump Non-Stim is a caffeine-free pre-workout drink powder containing amino acids, electrolytes and lion’s mane mushroom extract. The product is a food supplement, and the pack contains 480 g of watermelon-flavoured powder. One scoop, or 12 g of powder, provides 2.5 g of L-citrulline, 2.5 g of betaine anhydrous, 1 g of beta-alanine, 1 g of L-tyrosine, 750 mg of taurine, 250 mg of Nitrosigine® and 150 mg of lion’s mane extract. Ingredients per serving

L-citrulline is an amino acid found naturally in, for example, watermelon. Betaine is a naturally occurring compound obtained mainly from sugar beet. Beta-alanine, L-tyrosine and taurine are amino acids or related compounds that people also get from ordinary food such as meat, fish and dairy products.

Nitrosigine® is the trademark of an arginine silicate and inositol complex. Lion’s mane is an edible mushroom used in East Asian cooking. Chloride, sodium and potassium are electrolytes; the formula also includes pink Himalayan salt. The table lists the amounts of all active ingredients both per 100 g of powder and per 12 g scoop.

How to use?

Mix one scoop (12 g) of powder with 250–350 ml of chilled water and drink before your workout. According to the label, the recommended daily dose is one scoop.
