ADIDAS AB WHEEL

Adidas Ab Wheel – ab roller for rollout exercises

The Adidas Ab Wheel is a simple piece of training equipment that works well alongside traditional abdominal and core exercises. According to Adidas, it is designed to develop total core strength: the wheel is used for rollouts, which engage the entire core and train both stability and strength in one dynamic movement. The ab wheel needs little space and no additional equipment – an exercise mat or another flat floor surface is enough, so you can train with it at home as well as in the gym.

Polypropylene body, rubber tyre and foam handles

The body of the ab wheel is made of durable polypropylene (PP). The outer surface of the wheel has a tyre-inspired cover made of thermoplastic rubber (TPR), which according to Adidas provides better traction on the floor and makes the rolling movement more stable. The handles are fitted with densely padded NBR foam covers that make the grip more comfortable and firmer.

How to use?

Place an exercise mat on a flat floor, kneel down, grip the handles with both hands and set the wheel on the floor in front of you. Keep your abdominal muscles tight and your back in a neutral position, and slowly roll the wheel forward as far as you can control the movement. Then pull the wheel back to the starting position with the same control. Start with shorter rollouts and gradually increase the range of motion. Before use, check that the wheel and handles are intact and firmly in place.

Who is it for?

The Adidas Ab Wheel suits anyone who wants to add variety to their abdominal and core training and add one more exercise alongside traditional moves such as planks and crunches. The difficulty of the rollout can be adjusted with the range of motion and body position: beginners usually start from their knees with a short rollout, while more experienced trainees lengthen the movement. The ab wheel is suitable for home workouts as well as for the gym, and thanks to its simple design it is easy to store.

Care and packaging

Wipe the ab wheel with a damp cloth after training to remove sweat and dust, and let it dry before putting it away. Store the product in a dry place away from direct heat. Check the condition of the handle covers and the wheel surface from time to time – if they are worn or damaged, do not use the product. The colour of the product is black. The Adidas Ab Wheel is packed in 100% recyclable and plastic-free packaging.
