    This product is powered by 5g of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) to support muscle growth, fat loss, athletic performance and recovery. It is available in a few delicious flavors.

    The three BCAAs are leucine, isoleucine and valine. These three amino acids play a particularly important role in muscle growth by both stimulating protein synthesis and preventing protein catabolism.

    This product also incorporates a CLA Matrix Blend and Agmatine Sulfate. The scientific literature suggests CLA and Agmatine have properties that may support lean muscle-building.

     

    Directions

    Take one serving blended into 180 ml water, either before, during, or after a workout. On non-training days, take one serving first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach.
